I don’t know anyone in this photo, nor do I really know what’s happening, other than the obvious. What I do know is that ribs + grill + yarmulke = BBQ Jew.

I thought that, too, but I wasn’t sure if that made him more or less of a BBQ Jew. Probably more in the, er, traditional sense, but less in our definition. But I say the shirt and yarmulke push him over the top!
