As the true BBQ Jews who read this site already know, the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah) was observed on Wednesday evening. In honor of Hebrew Calendar year 5772, I will observe a pork-free blogging day (I can’t make the same commitment in my actual diet, just on my blog).
